Leadership Fayette Alumni Gather for Annual Meeting

Leadership Fayette alumni and members gathered on September 23, 2025, in the UT Martin Somerville Community Room for an important meeting focused on the future of the program.

For years, Leadership Fayette has played a pivotal role in strengthening the county by supporting local schools and businesses, hosting agriculture, healthcare, and government sessions with community leaders, and launching initiatives that foster civic engagement and prepare the next generation of leaders.

During the meeting, program leaders emphasized that the continued success of Leadership Fayette depends on the active involvement of its alumni and members. “Leadership Fayette thrives because of the ideas, dedication, and service of its participants,” one leader noted. “Your input is vital as we plan the next chapter of Leadership Fayette’s impact on our community.”

Attendees enjoyed an evening of fellowship, shared their vision for the program, and helped chart a path forward that will ensure Fayette County remains strong and connected. A lovely dinner was catered by Sweet Creations & Our Daily Bread, adding a warm and welcoming touch to the event.
