Leadership Fayette held its first class in 2002 with the mission of helping existing and emerging leaders of Fayette County become more connected while providing personal development opportunities. Equipping leaders with knowledge, skills, competencies, and passion empowers them to be influential in the growth and further development of Fayette County and beyond. Leadership Fayette provides professional and personal development opportunities through learning and experiences that are fun and engaging.

Leadership Fayette has graduated over 300 persons from the program. Most continue to live and work in Fayette County. Many are successful businesses owners, mayors, state representatives, state senators, CEOs, managers, school board chairmen and many others holding significant roles within Fayette County. These leaders are enhancing Fayette County by generating revenue, providing governance, jobs and career opportunities for our residents and mentoring our youth.

Leadership Fayette is an organization that has the ability to facilitate transformational leadership within Fayette County which is holistic. This will positively impact workforce, infrastructure, health, education, safety, justice and overall well-being of our residents.
