Leadership Fayette was organized in 2002 to provide an avenue for emerging leaders to develop a strategic plan for economic growth in Fayette County.  Leadership Fayette has established itself as an invaluable dynamic organization for the identification and mentoring of new leaders.  The mission of Leadership Fayette is to provide community leaders with information and insight enabling informed decisions by both emerging and proven leaders.

Leadership Fayette has been successful in developing leaders that are energetic, work on the challenging issues and are committed by giving generously of their time, talents and energy to the further growth of Fayette County.  We have close to 400 graduates from the program, many of which continue to be outstanding leaders in our County.
